cmake: make Qt4 qmake available via PATH

uic-qt3 == uic from qt3
uic-qt4 == uic from qt4
uic3    == uic3 from qt4
uic     == link uic-qt3 or uic-qt4

That is not necessarily the same uic qmake would use. Is that
intentional?
