qt-copy's qmake is not returning the correct QT_VERSION

Will problably need some time. Because win32 is a new platform for dbus
and requires much patching, it need some preparing work to split the
huge patch provided initial from Tor Lillqvist into manageable pieces.
I have started this split in the above mentioned archive.

Until the source tar archive will be the prefered way. If anyone have
patches send it to kde-buildsystem mailing list, I will add them.
