Does that mean the cmake product at bugs.kde.org should be preferred over the 
bug tracking system at cmake.org for kde relates issues?

Is this supposed to be KDE 4 only or do you want KDE 3.x bugs, too?
And what about bugs that are already fixed in cmake cvs, but not in 2.4.x, 
such as that one
