actually there are some issues with doing this...  What we really need
is KDE4_ADD_EXECUTABLE and KDE4_ADD_COMMANDLINE_EXECUTABLE or something.
 Things like genembed in kstyle should *not* be an app bundle, but
things like khotnewstuff should be.

For now I'm using a script developed during the early qt3/mac port days
that just generates fake app-bundles from existing binaries, but we'll
need something more robust eventually.
