Why did you name the option "KDE4_USE_QT_EMB" ?

If the java stuff should be built (maybe something has to be detected ?), 
there are at least two things to do:
1) the add_subdirectory(java)
2) add ${kjava_STAT_SRCS} to the khtml_LIB_SRCS (it was a libtool convenience 
library, the am2cmake script converted those to variables containing all 
their sources)
3) maybe link to something ?
