invitation: try compiling kdelibs using cmake

Again, I'm not sure if the following is a problem of cmake....

kdelibs compiles and installs now without any problem.

However, when running configure in kdebase, it fails because it can't find the 
following file:

<kde4prefix>/lib/libkio.la
