kio/misc and kioslave/http look useful, the rest not really
(dcop and iceauth will go away when we use dbus anyway).

Well, without kinit (klauncher) you won't get kioslaves, unless forking 
them (which the code supports, using an env var).

kde3support looks easily portable too.
