win/iceauth

[Michael Drüing]

Hi,
 
could someone familiar with CMakeList's hack together a build target for
win/iceauth/, please? I have tried it myself but without success so far. I
remember it worked with SCons/bksys once but I'm reluctant to fire up scons
just for building one simple .exe file...
