For Qt/Mac, it's possible it may depend on how Qt is compiled. That
directory is *not* there if Qt/Mac is compiled as an OS X framework
(the default setting). I don't know if it's there if you just compile them
as libraries. It may indeed be there as the directory is included in the
source tarball.
For Qt/X11 compiled on OS X, I would assume it matches Qt/X11 on
other platforms.
