MSVC status

IIUC, dcopidl script generates a .kidl file from a dcop interface file
(.h).
How is the .cpp skel file is generated? This is done by dcopidl2cpp but
what is calling it, kalyptus? How can I debug this, by hacking kalyptus
script or skel.cpp?
