MSVC status

Hi,

Except for the QTreeWidgetItem::itemFromIndex error it now builds until
kstyles:

DoubleButtonOption is defined in kdefx so I don't understand what is
causing this.


There is another problem when building using the dashboard or in the
VC++ IDE: sources are not generated from kidl files. This doesn't happen
when building in the command line.
