libsuffix with cmake

Yes. I have a 64bit SUSE which is using lib64 for all 64 bit libraries. 
After compiling kdelibs4_snapshot with cmake, it installs the libraries 
to $KDEDIR/lib instead of $KDEDIR/lib64.
