nightly and continuous build for OSX -- now what?

I notice that my continuous build isn't running the tests.  I just
copied and slightly modified the dash17 one, so if you have any ideas
on what I need to do to get tests working, please let me know.

I also finally have a little time to get a 10.3/ppc build up as well,
between the two we should cover most of the OSX problems we could run
into.  I want to have that working this weekend.
