[Kde-br] Crossposting: Wiki, sites y dominio

Hola a todos.

And switching to english

I saw that all the site-effort is creating a bad situation on pulverize info in 
both Cl and AR communities.
Too many ideas, too many sites.
first of all, main groups are not only communities. We have local groups for 
this and can be well fitted under communities.kde.org
Countries no. And afaik, Chile and Argentina groups are the main country 
groups. So let's stop this pulverized work and i have this.
As proposal, we have two possible situations:

1 - Domain <country>.kde.org - Hosted in one of the machines of KDE using wiki 
from there
2- Domain <country>.kde.org - Hosted in personal group machine, and 
redirected.

CMS is personal choice, but the main KDE one is strongly recomended

br.kde.org  fits today in item 1.

In addition i want to do:
latam.kde.org
This can or cannot be a full site ( i think should not be ), but a single 
front page with the flags pointing for the country sites and a simple news 
post, with events happening in latam, NOTHING MORE.

So, for cl and ar communities that are basically ready, please choose 1 or 2 
and put the main representative to enter in contact directly to me, to make  
this happens *faster*

If the item 2 is choosen, remember that machine need to have public fixed ip 
and the dns of the provider
