Yes, is hugely complicated. we're starting with profiling in 2 ways:
- We ( as brazilian community ) will do an big Sprint for one of the kde 
areas, probably KDE Edu in beginning of next year, openfor everyone.
This experience is to getting ground on costs and management learning.
Would be a too a experience to push a second sprint in one of the other Latin 
countries and at same time training a second crew to understand the process as 
in the moment we will push for akademy, everyone at latino america be ready to 
give hands and do the work, whatever akademy will be.

- Second after the first sprint tests, everyone that will go to akademy in 
Tampere from Latino america will be engaged to a call to arms in politics to 
convince key kde personel that we are ready to get the big conference.

As you k notes, since some time ( and getting old :-) i'm playing more 
political work and some oversee work to KDE here in general, and this is what 
suppose to be, so that's why we need evryone fill the space where i and other 
e.V guys have arms to get our spot.

Money will come, as costs of akademy here will be 1/3 of any in europe.
Infra would be difficult, but manageable
Critical point will be best date to avoid high flight costs to any latino 
america places coming from europe.

This is just the beginning, until we have everything proper in hands, we're 
all working as a political maneuver in elections.
