[Kde-bindings] [RFC,Qt5] smokeqt CMake cleanup

These patches are my attempt at cleaning smokeqt's cmake code. I've
mainly touched the toplevel CMakeLists.txt as well as
qtcore/CMakeLists.txt and qtxmlpatterns/CMakeLists.txt. Given the time
needed to change all modules, I'd rather avoid doing it until I got
some ack that I am going in a direction acceptable for the smokeqt
developers...

They reenable parts of smokeqt that were disabled ... meaning that
some things that were building don't. At this stage (assuming that my
smokegen patches have been applied), I have two build errors

Can someone expand on QtGuess's role ? I modified things so that it
does something, but I have to admit that I really don't have a clue
what it actually is for.
