[Kde-bindings] Building PyKDE with SIP v4.15.x

Alas I couldn't work out the majorTickMarks issue and am currently working
around it by removing it until a solution presents itself

But now we hit another problem

sip: Nepomuk::Variant unsupported ctor argument type - provide
%MethodCode and a C++ signature

any thoughts on a fix or a workaround for this?

I presume it's to do with the new sip as I don't think the code has changed
