[Kde-bindings] qtbindings and ruby 2.0 on windows

Hi,

Sorry to email you directly but I've just spent a few hours trying to 'gem install qtbindings' with ruby 2.0 but I can't get it to work (on windows). With 1.9.3 it installed no problem and didn't need to build any native extensions, but with 2.0 its trying to build native extensions, and failing.

Is it just that 2.0 is not supported yet or am I doing something wrong?
