Summary can be found on the Gentoo bug I linked in the URL field, and the build
log is at https://446273.bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=331657. When
building krossjava with ibm-jdk, make install fails with the error: "make: ***
No rule to make target `install'.  Stop." This error only occurs when building
with ibm-jdk; building with sun-jdk has no problems with running make install.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the system Java VM to ibm-jdk
2. Build krossjava
Actual Results:  
krossjava fails with "no rule to make target 'install'"

Expected Results:  
krossjava should install successfully.
