[Kde-bindings] smokegen and smokeqt for Qt 5

    Hi, all,

    I've just pushed two new branches to smokegen and smokeqt, respectively. Both are named "Qt5". I've added all new Qt 5 modules and updated the old ones but I get a few compilation errors in the generated code I can't resolve. It'd be nice if somebody could try a build and help me a little. Thanks.
