Last night I cleared this matter, just to be sure, with one of the original maintainers, Arno Rehn. So Qyoto is LGPL-licensed while assemblygen itself is GPL-licensed.

Subject: [Kde-bindings] qyoto (assemblygen) license

Just curious, what license does the assemblygen qyoto generated dll's fall under?

I noticed some files fell under GPLv2, some files under LGPL, some cmake files under BSD license, and an old email mentioning interest in switching qyoto to lgpl (http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-bindings&m=123230232204797).
