Hello,

upps, guess I'm a bit behind with the Qt version...

After updating to QtCore4.dll from 4.8.3 I got the same error.

But I just found the solution: The error goes away by placing QXml4.dll in
the same directory. Now uics.exe runs well and outputs the GUI code... and
the compiled program works flawless, too.

So Windows reported the wrong DLL file as the cause :/.
