[Kde-bindings] Qyoto: default values of parameters added to the API

    Hi all,

    Yesterday I pushed the generation in the Qyoto API of default values of parameters (or optional parameters), corresponding to their C++ counterparts. Because compiling these requires the C# 4.0 compiler, and because I haven't yet figured out how to tell CodeDom to compile with C# 4.0 but link to Mono/.NET 3.5 (which is otherwise possible) Qyoto again depends on Mono/.NET 4.0. If users request the dependency to be lowered to 3.5. again, I'll look further into the issue.
