[Kde-bindings] smokegen: Wrote the argument names without changing the SMOKE API

This patch should be applied directly to the current smokegen tree, there's no need to apply my old ones. The patch for SMOKE Qt (to copy the files with arg names) is the same, it can be taken from my previous post.
