[Kde-bindings] assemblygen and qtdeclarative

Hi, Kiril,
qtdeclarative is included as a module in assemblygen but it hasn't been used by anyone yet. However, Id' love to test your changesto see what's wrong with it.

I'm not maintaining assemblygen anymore, but other people are still working on it. I'm forwarding your message to kde-bindings at kde.org, where all the development talk is happening.
