[Kde-bindings] Qyoto: function pointers with primitive types now supported

Hi all,

Last night I pushed some changes to support functions using function pointers as parameters, such as qInstallEventHandler((void)(*)(QtMsgType, const char*)). For now it works for sure for function pointers with primitive parameter types. For complex types (such as classes) it would most probably crash because they likely need additional marshalling.
