[Kde-bindings] Qyoto - generate CLI events for Qt events (not Qt signals)

These are patches for Qyoto that generate CLI events corresponding to Qt events. For example, Qt has an event type KeyPress that can be handled in an event filter. These patches generate CLI events so that custom code can be easily inserted in a Qt event filter in the common C# event manner.

I could not make a single patch, and the attachments need to be applied in a particular order, according to the numbers in their names: 1 - 5. Sorry for the inconvenience.
