[Kde-bindings] Patch: Generate real argument names with SMOKE and assemblygen

These patches generate the real parameter names used in header files to be used in generated bindings. The first patch is for SMOKE in general, the second for a particular binding, Qyoto.
Note: Arno and I have discussed the idea of real argument names made available to bindings. His proposition was to store the names in outside files but I added them in the generated code instead because I don't have the time to do otherwise (considering that outside files must be included in the build process etc.). If the inclusion of argument names in the code is not acceptable for whatever reason I'd like to ask for the patch to be applied to a separate branch so that others may use it if they wish.
