What do you refer to as Smoke 4.6.5 ?
With each KDE SC release, there's also a new Smoke release. So if I'm not
mistaken that should be 4.7.3 as well.
I'm seeing smoke/kde/ in your build log, which indicates that you're using an
outdated version (with the git transition we've split Smoke into smokeqt and
smokekde).

I just checked, smokekde compiles perfectly fine here with KDE SC 4.7 (some
branch snapshot).
