Hm, this doesn't make any sense to me. There is
-I/Library/Frameworks/QtCore.framework/Headers
on the command line, so we can be sure we have the qglobal.h header included. 
I don't have the faintest clue why it's not picking up the constants.
You could run line 699 manually with 'g++ -E' to see the preprocessed contents 
only and guess where the constants have gone. (Or nopaste that again ;)).
For the time being, you could also simply skip phonon by passing
-DDISABLE_Phonon=TRUE
to cmake. But that's not really a solution.
