[Kde-bindings] PyKDE Not compiling on ARM

Any ideas on why PyKDE doesn't compile on ARM with the latest sip and PyQt?

Something to do with the pesky qreal!=double issue but I can't see anything that has changed in that area since KDE Bindings 4.5 or previous SIP.

PyQt_qreal_double from qglobal.sip should stop APIs using double being a
problem, but it doesn't seem to be working.
