[Kde-bindings] Support for layout names and QFormLayout in uics

This patch for https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdebindings/csharp/qyoto/ writes the names of layouts in the ui file, if any, in the generated C# and also replaces the invalid AddLayout method of QFormLayout with SetLayout and the proper parameters.
