[Kde-bindings] Qyoto on Fedora Core 16

For reasons I don't know, Qyoto isn't available from the Fedora Core 16 yum repos. But OpenSUSE has it. So I took the spec file from their src rpm, ported it to Fedora Core 16 (using smokeqt's spec file as a reference), and built my own. It's not called qyoto any more; instead, it makes packages called mono-qt4 and libqyoto2.
Enclosed is a .tar.bz2 archive containing the spec file and a patch file. Just add ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/4.7.3/src/qyoto-4.7.3.tar.bz2 and you can build your own.
