[Kde-bindings] Ruby plasmoids are not initialized in trunk/

Since r1184166 the Ruby Plasma Scriptengine is created but not
initialized. The init() method in the AppletScript smoke class is not
implemented so Plasma::ScriptEngine::init() is called instead of the
init() method in applet.rb (under kdebase).
