[Kde-bindings] Cannot compile pykde

Hello,

I've been getting the following error when attempting to build PyKDE. I'm
building it against the 4.7 branch off the Qt git repo. The error has
persisted a good number of days past a number of svn updates now. Any help
in resolving it would be greatly appreciated :)
