[Kde-bindings] Solid in PyKDE4

Hi 

I have some users of my Plasma widget ( https://tanghus.wordpress.com/google-translator/ ) experiencing Solid reporting
no network connection when they are indeed connected. it WFM but could I get some people try running the script in the
link below and tell me the result? Also please the KDE SC version.
