(Similar to bug:192045, but with an updated version of uics and a different
command-line option)

When running "uics -d path/to/somefile.ui", I get the message "uics: File
generated with too old version of Qt Designer". If I remove the XML prolog then
I get no output (presumably no dependencies).

Qt Designer is v4.6.0 and uics is from mono-qt-devel package v4.3.90 from
openSUSE's KDE Factory build service repo
(http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.2).
Not an important feature, just something I was investigating.
