I guess you need a current development snapshot of PyQt and SIP. The official
documentation doesn't mention QAbstractAnimation yet (though PyKDE needs it).
Try a development snapshot, they're available as tarballs on
http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/software/pyqt/download .
