[Kde-bindings] Qt, Qyoto buttons work intermediately

If I could only get through this wall, I should be OK with the rest. Do you know why the menu bar only shows from a Qt converted UI file but not when I create it myself in the code? I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you.

It would be great if you could write a small sample app which shows this 
behaviour, or at least point us to the full code. Only having code snippets 
makes it really hard to test and see where your mistake is.
As Richard already said, some of the SLOT signatures that you connect to are 
wrong. I don't have a clue about the rest; I have to take a look at the full 
code or a test case. A possible cause could be that your instances are garbage 
collected too early. But without a test case this is quite hypothetical.
