[Kde-bindings] KDE::StandardGuiItem missing from smoke/korundum

It seems that the KDE::StandardGuiItem namespace is missing from the 4.4 
branch of smoke, while it existed in old revisions. Using korundum, if I 
write:

require 'korundum4'

KDE::StandardGuiItem

I get a NameError:

uninitialized constant KDE::StandardGuiItem

I tried adding it to the classList section of smokeconfig.xml both in kdecore 
and kdeui, but nothing changed.
