When working with pyqt application (like eric4) when using KDE open file
dialogs I get annoying many separate debug windows with  messages like:
"Debug Message:
eric4(13900)/ KSycocaPrivate::checkDatabase: We have no database.... launching
kdeinit"
or 
"Debug Message:
eric4(29867)/ KSycocaPrivate::openDatabase: Trying to open ksycoca from
"/var/tmp/kdecache-matkor/ksycoca4"

on which I must click OK.

To reproduce is enough to launch one of recent versions of eric4 and select
"file/open" in menu.
