[Kde-bindings] korundum, its build system and ruby 1.9

Well, the Gentoo ebuilds for Korundum 4 are ready, even if they haven't been 
included in either the official portage tree nor in the kde-testing overlay. 
If anyone is interested, they can be found here:

There's an ebuild for the live version (using the kde-testing overlay) and one 
for kde 4.3.0 (I think it can be adapted to kde 4.3.1 by simply changing the 
name of the file).

Unfortunately, I've not been able to test the live version for a while, due to 
dependency issues, but it should work (tell me if it doesn't).
