[Kde-bindings] [PATCH] KDE CSharp bindings fail to build with make -j x

Hi there,

   I have been trying to build a debian package for kdebindings using
'make -j' but the build of the csharp stuff fails because some targets
do not declare their dependencies correctly. The patch fixing that is
attached, it has been tested with kdebindings-4.3.3 but it seems to
apply cleanly to the svn head as well.
