[Kde-bindings] PerlQt bindings ans SWIG ?

Hi Dominique,
When I started working on PerlQt4, Smoke could already parse the qt4
headers, and gave me everything I needed.  I was really just trying to
clone PerlQt3, but adapt it to work for the Qt4 api.  Since PerlQt3
used Smoke as well, that's what I went with.
