[Kde-bindings] kdebings and ruby 1.9.1

HI
Been a while since I made these . bUt I still see 4.3.4 still needs
them to compile with ruby 1.9.1

kdebindings-len-ptr-rfloat.diff
kdebindings-ruby-env.h.diff
kdebindings-rubyconfig.h.diff

I think   kdebindings-len-ptr-rfloat and rubyconfig.h might need
something at the top with if (ruby version) and else (ruby version) to
be backwards compat . But lost on how to add it . Hope this helps:)
