[Kde-bindings] Java bindings after Jambi

If there were people willing to maintain the Qt version and also add KDE 
bindings, then I'm sure it would be really nice to have them in kdebindings. 
But we can't conjure up maintainers out of nowhere - nobody has been doing 
anything with KDE bindings for Jambi to date.
