[Kde-bindings] KDE Development with Mono/C#

Hi Matthias,

Yes the lack of documentation is a big issue for bindings, some of it has 
started on techbase [1]. There is currently not much for C#/Mono, but I am 
pretty sure any help would be appreciated for that effort.
