[Kde-bindings] Python plasmoid

Thanks very much for the python plasmoid example - it works really well! 
I'm impressed how easy it is to code them.

The plasma.py I imported seems to be installed as 
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/plasma.py on Ubuntu Intrepid. It looks 
like it has now become plasmascript.py.
