[Kde-bindings] Smoke::numMethodNames of by one

You are right -- idMethodName requires numMethodNames to be the index of the 
last element (not the number of elements).

It is however inconsistent with numClasses, which is the number of elements. 
But this works out since there is an:
> if (icur > 0 && icur < numClasses)
in idClass().
