Yeah, I totaly agree there (even in the "don't know" part :)
But a competition would probably provide us bunches of samples from 
contributors and if such a competition wouldn't be only about the resulting 
app but also about documentation of it, we could earn pretty good new 
material related to RAD on KDE4 for the techbase.
